I got a nepenthes about a month ago. I have noticed that there are really no drainage holes in the pot. The Nep is HUGE! It has 1 foot long leaves with pitchers that are 6+ inches. It is growing well I have had 2 pitchers open since I have had it and can see a bit of growth in hight. I am just worried about it not draining! It is in a hanging pot. I water it basically every other day. I mean it seems healthy so I guess everything is fine but I worry about it screwing up over time if I don't do anything.
