depends on what you want.

from what i've seen all over the site, flowering leads to stress on the plant. if you're caring for it quite well (which is likely why you have flowers at all) then it'll be fine.

do you want seed?

if yes, leave either of them. if no, and you'd rather spare the plant the stress it *will* have, then cut the stalks.

it is entirely up to you.

The VFT is the only one that suffer stress when flowering, and can kill it if the plant is stressed already. I have my D capensis shoot a flower stalk every other month

I vote leave it! I have a number of d. Adalae blooming with 2 stalks. NO problems!
