| my nepenthes is really getting long.i want to have a cutting of it so that i can propagate it,but where exectly should i cut and does the cutting need to have a node? |

| I have had great success with my cuttings. I use peat moss, long fiber sphagnum , and perlite for my soil mix. I make 2 node cuttings, cut the leaves in half. I make vertical cuts on the end of the stem to be placed in the soil and dip it into a rooting hormone. |
