new to carnivorous plants

I got some seeds a few months ago for Bog Gentian, Sundews (Pink and Forked), Fly Traps, and Pitcher Plants. I have a little common Sundew plant that was free and it's doing okay (I have no idea how to care for these things) but I've never grown anything like this from seed. Is peat moss okay to use? What else do I need to add to it? I thought about growing them in an aquarium but haven't gotten one yet.
