For treating/controlling harmful pests and fungus?

I suppose anything chemical would kill these plants?

For fungus any SULPHUR based fungicide.

I'll tell you, I have a whole different attitude about all this rain I get. I love it.

We've been HAMMERED with rain where I am, 6.65" alone this month. 19.43" for the year so far.
