So i dont think a human did this..because none of the other plants were touched..and only half of the one plant was affected..i found the torn pitchers floating around in the water tray....if u cant see..the pitcher is ripped in half..birds maybe?

Birds will also try to get the bugs in the pitchers. It was probably a bird.

I think ya need wire with smaller holes.. much smaller.

Are you looking at the fence Jim? The wires are just holding the foil/mylar or whatever.

Oh I'm so sorry your planta got attacked. I had no luck at the start of this year.

My Sarracenia pot was attacked by mice that decided to make a nest on the soil.

I lost some of my plants, some I had over 10 years. I know the feeling havving your plants damaged or destroyed.
