How long till seeds from this point? Assuming they got pollinated...

Not long! They will open and you'll see the shiny black seeds in them! Mine are finished for the year. I harvest by holding the pods over a white bowl (makes it easy to see the seeds) and gently rub the pods, they fall into the white bowl.
