So a week ago, I fertilized my N. ventricosa and P. moranesis for the first time.

I used 30-10-10 orchid fertilizer. I used a cuetip to dab the leaves with the fertilizer so that very little to none got into the soil.

Now, I expected to see growth increase rapidly, or at least some. But as far as I can tell, it hasn't increased at all, and possibly even slowed down.

I don't know if I am just imagining that (which is very possible), or if it is actually slowed? Did I do something wrong? I've always given them pure water and they have been doing great this past month.

Any assurance would be nice. I just want to make sure everything I did was suitable to the plants.
