I just ordered a sundew plant on line. What should I do to ensure the plant's successful transition when it gets here. It says it is potted in a 3" pot.

What KIND of sundew? There are tropical and temperate types.

set the pot in a saucer with about 3/4 in of distilled water, put it in a sunny window, the cape sundews i got in the mail took about 2-3 months to adapt to new environment.but now they have both sent up flower stocks.and looking like normal sundews with lots of dew on leafs
