Plant seeds now or wait till spring?

I just bought a carnivorous plant kit that includes seeds for venus flytraps, a few different kinds of sundews, and several varieties of sarracenia. I wasn't thinking about the time it takes for the seeds to germinate when I bought the kit. But after getting home I realized that about the time the seeds sprout it will be time for the plants to be going dormant for the winter.

So my question is-

Should I plant the seeds now and grow them inside under lights during the winter?

OR

Should I store the seeds and sow them in the spring? And what would be the best way to store the seeds?
