| Ok I happened to buy one of these sundews too. I removed the little plastic sheath inside the cube. and added some rain water from outside. Now that the leafs are touching the cube side. should i remove it from the cube? Living in PA, it's not as humid, so i'm a bit concerned. I have been opening the lid, cuz i figure no bugs could get in. Should i consider repotting into a slightly bigger pot? also i notice if i don't leave lid on, there are no dew drops on the leaves. I also don't know wat kind of drosera this is. I was also able to add some pics.
I've had this cube for about 5 days now. At least it's not dead lol.

| Leave the lid off, give it bright filtered light and stand back! It looks like a small d. Adelae to me. These things grow like weeds! Is it in a POT in the cube? If so, take the pot OUT of the cube and sit in in a shallow tray with about an inch of rain or distilled water only. Transplants easily and produces MANY BABY PLANTS. Congrats! |

| Definitely take the plant out! D. adelae grow big. My single D. adelae is over 7 inches in diameter. |
