Indoor CP attracting too many gnats?

Hello,

I have 1 common drosera, and 1 unknown (probably common) sarracenia. They are both inside my house in different rooms. They are doing fine, getting lots of little black flies/ gnats, whatever you wish to call them.

I bought them in the spring, with the intention that they would be indoor plants and help keep the gnats inside the house at bay. The problem is, this year there seem to be MORE gnats inside the house than normal. Are they doing TOO good of a job, and actually attracting more blackflies into the house, and making the problem even worse? Would you all suggest I move them outdoors (at least for the rest of the summer)?
