I'd suggest taking them outside it might not get rid of the bugs but carnivorus plants are supposed to be grown outdoors, the sarracenia should be acclimadated to full sun and the sundew possibly parial sun. If you got them in the cubes, aka death cubes you probably have a D. capensis, and either a S. rubra, or s. purperea, not sure forgot how to spell it lol, instead call s. purperea the purple pitcher plant. Where did you plants comefrom? if you post pics i can try to help with identifying them. and just so you know Carnivorous plants are designed to attract bugs. More about moving them ouside, you can overwinter them in zone 6 with protections and they can take temperatures down to 20F with protection sarracenia require a dormancy period, and depending on what type of sundew whether temperate, or tropical it may need a dormancy period. hope this helps
