Weird VFT markings

Hi my VFT looks healthy with big and healthy traps but some have these weried black dot and brown lines i think they might be bugs but not sure anyone have any clue to what this is and how to treat it? Here are some photos to show you.

Also how do you get rid of small white fungus on the plant?

From the picture, it looks like some form of fungus or scale insect. Kind of blurry, so it is hard to tell, but it is not supposed to be there either way. What is interesting is that it is hanging out along the nectar glands along the outer leaf edge. I would suggest using fungicide with pyrethrins or other water based pesticide. Neem oil or sulfur based fungicides are good.
