How are they looking? (Sarrencia and Sundew)

I am new to carnivorous plants and hope I'm doing it well....

I have one very large pitcher, one medium pitcher (both shop bought) about five small pitchers (from seed) and a sundew.

They are in a plastic lined window box, with holes near the top. They are in a peat moss and potting grit mix, with a grit base of approx 2 inches. Is this OK ??

I live in London in the UK. Does anyone know how these plants will fair this winter? Any special care I need to give them?

I would add pictures, but as I don't know their proper names...I can't on here!

All responses appreciated...thanks......
