These types of plants need heat and humidity. They are sold in the little plastic boxes that act as a greenhouse to give them those cultural requirements. Rather than potting it up, I would suggest making a terrarium and placing it in there along with some moist moss, etc to provide humidity. I would then place it in a sunny window. It will perk right up under those conditions.

I had read several posts that said it needed drainage holes in the pot, so I just replanted it into this pot today ;( How would I go about setting up a terrarium?

I think your is doing fine, it is normal for the catchers/leaves to grow flat towards the ground. When these are shoved in those tiny little boxes or tubes they tend to get very leggy, stretching for light....some will also developed black catchers from so much condensation in the containers and causing to much humidity. Your plant looks very nice! If you give it lots of light, you will notice the catchers will turn reddish, which is nice. If you put it in a terrarium, keep the top open, add pebbles in the bottom, so it won't sit in water. but to me your plant looks healthy!

Just acclimate it to full Sun slowly a bit every day. It should be fine.

Most likely if you put it in a terrarium it won't last more than a couple years unless you give it the needed dormant period. Your plant looks very healthy. The best way I've found is slowly acclimate it to the outdoors, let it go dormant in the winter, like in its native climate in the Carolina s and cover it with a tarp if it drops below freezing for more than a few hours. Cut off black traps and leave to prevent mold and keep it watered. In spring it will come back bigger and more vigorous then it is now. Good luck!
