I think that it is a Petiolaris complex sundew and they can be a challenge tpo provide the conditions necessary to maintain them. The easiest of that genre is D.paradoxa.

I agree with petiolaris on the placing.. it does look similar to Petiolaris complex sundews.

I think this one looks more like what they nickname an "octopus plant" than those though.
