Drosera capensis does possess very fast moving tentacles. After stimulation, an outer tentacle can be seen visibly bending. Many species of sundews possess snap tentacles at different phases of growth, so it is completely possible that Drosera capensis might grow them sometimes.

The following is a site that shows several pictures of snap tentacles and discusses how various species of sundew have them when they are young plants and loose them as adults while other species have them all the time.

D. binata doesn't have snap tentacles but I have been stunned how fast the outer tentacles bent over its prey.

One thing, D. tokaiensis, a natural hybrid of rotundifolia x spatulata, have the snap tentacle on the outer margin too but have never seen them bend in any noticeable speed. No matter how much I tease it. It alwasy take about 15 minutes to bend over.
