Nothing special. Just keep doing what you're doing. They will self polinate. If the plant declines you might think about cutting the flower stalk off. If the plant is healthy you should have nothing to worry about.

AT what point should I try and collect the seeds?
And when i do that...do i just crush up the flower?

The flowers will be long gone when the seeds are mature. The seed pods will be brown and crunchy when ready. Be careful cuz the seeds are tiny(smaller than a flake of black pepper).

I am guessing that the seed pods will appear on the flower stalk? How will I know what they look like and when to harvest and plant them?
