In nature, wildfires burn away competing plants like Sarracenias & VFT. Usually this plants are protected by the moist soil they grow in & fire rarely become intense.

You say they been killed to the ground so I doubt they survived. But to be sure, look around where the plants are & look for their rizhomes. If it is still intact, you are in luck.

Rescuing a bog is not my cup of tea but someone may help you on that part. But the ashes have been show to improve the growth of Sarracenia.
