vft made the 'big catch'

I went out to inspect my plants today and when i got to my pot of venus flytraps i was amazed to see a juvinile lizard had been caught. It was already dead when i found it. It was caught by its head and fore-legs. I saw remains of shed skin in the pot and on the poor lil guy. Apparently he was trying to speed up his shedding and picked the wrong surface to rub. I didnt think i flytrap could overpower a creature with a true muscle frame like a reptile but it proved me wrong. It'll be grusome when the trap opens up to reveal the half digested remains. If the part of the lizard that wasn't caught begins to rot should i be concerned about fungus or mold?
