If I wanted to grow a rajah in a terrarium..

How big would it have to be. I know rajah is very slow growing, but I will have to have a big enough terrarium eventually.

N. rajah might grow about 9-20 feet in length at most, but the pitchers will be the size of milk jugs. Just wait a few years and prune the plant back and try to get more plants started from cuttings.

oh yeah, so what you mean is that even if i have a small terrarium ican prune the plant to keep it contained?

You can prune and actually take leaf cuttings and create new plants from them.
