My Talangensis

I think, not sure, but think my Talangensis I recieved two months ago is finally beginning to pitcher. When a Nepenthes pitchers, does the length of the tendril have anything to do with it? (Feel free to make the cliche remarks) Also, it seems the pitcher bud is becoming bigger and maybe has an indent to where the opening should be. Does any of this sound familiar? If not, I don't know just how much more patience I can spare... When they said it was slow growing I had no idea it was THIS slow.
