Mexican Butterwort (prob.) help needed

quimoi

A month ago, I bought two plants at an orchid show which were being promoted as eating fungus gnats. They were green rosettes with single pink flowers, but my husband had put them in the back seat and a bottle of water fell on one. It's never looked the same.

I asked the seller, but didn't get any real information. From my search, they appear to be Mexican butterworts. I've been keeping them on the sunny kitchen table, each on some moist gravel, but I think they need more to survive. (They look greener at night, proving my contention that those curly energy-saving bulbs do make you look green.)

They are in a 2" and 2-1/4" plastic pot. I gave them a little fish fertilizer but have no idea what to do with them. The one still has 2 pink flowers. I grow mostly african violets, not even orchids, so I am out of my area here. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
