I got my N. sanguinea from cobraplant.com too. They are perfect beginners plants for those new to CPs. They adapt well to low humidity, Sarracenia Northwest preadapts them to Oregon humidity anyways, and generally grow as relatively compact plants. They make perfect houseplants in a bright window or under strong florescent lights. Their pitchers grow to a good size without being too large to find space for. Every time I have a visitor the first thing they ask is "What kind of plant is that?" when they see the Nepenthes.

That was my first Nep, and I got it from Lowes. Also at Lowes I got N. ventrats, which is another good beginner Nep.
