Butterwort leaves turning brown

Hi all,
I recently purchased my butterwort (p. primaflora) from a supposedly reputable nursery, and for the first two or three weeks it was doing really well, even starting to grow. Now, it looks like this. Any thoughts?
I really want to save this little guy. It's so cute.
Thanks!
AK

What's are you using for soil?

Did it came like that from the nursery or did you planted it yourself?

Light condition?

Is it in a terrarium or out in the open?

How much light is it getting?

Those are important thing you should describe. But for now it looks like you potted it in regular potting soil & bark. It's hard to tell...
