Byblis germination

I recently purchased some Byblis liniflora seed. And was wanting some input as to growing them. I've read up on them and 1 part peat to 2 parts sand is the soil I've gathered as to use, with a 4-6 inch pot, moist but not soggy.
Are they difficult to germinate? I've seen horror stories and praise on the ease...so I'm not sure what to believe.
p.s. also wondering if anyone would have any cp seed/plants they'd be willing to donate (of course SASE or shipping paid) I don't have much of a collection of plants and would like anything thrown at me.
