koi pond and carnivorous plants

Are there any Carnivorous Plants that are compatible with a koi pond. I would like to incorporate some into the pond system. There are sundews in Lassen Park and in the Sierras around Lake Tahoe which are both close to me. Location is out side of Reno NV at 5000 feet, zone 5, cold, high, dry desert. A couple weeks ago it was -20 degrees. Now two feet of snow are melting. Summers can be 100 with dry wind. The pond is in direct sun all day. The 1100 gallon pond pumps into the bottom of a 150 gallon plastic tank for filtration. The water flows up through filter pads and spills into a gravel stream bed. Plants can be placed in the top of the filter, tucked into the rocks and gravel of the stream or on the plant shelf in the pond. Sun dews on a floating log? Pitcher plants growing out of the bog filter? Can you recommend some plants to try in for my pond? Thanks

Here is a link that might be useful: koi pond

Agree. I would love to put some of mine in my Japanese garden but the sprinkler system would hit the sarracenias and North Florida well-water is deadly to sarracenias.

It might seem weird to put sarracenias in a Japanese garden but leucophyllas resemble a Japanese Jack-in-the-pulpit.
