Cruddy repotting job

about 2 months shy of a year ago I bought these pitcher plants and put them into bigger pots (the ones shown) I guess I didn’t do a really good job because now looking at it close up I realize some of the roots are exposed. Should I fix this immediately (they’ve been like this all year and not died) or in the spring when I plan on repotting all my CP’s should I just do a better job? (both can be an option lol)

I would leave it alone until late winter/early spring and repot. No emergency at all.

I would cover the roots. Just add a little soil.
