Too much light would cause red leaves not yellow. Do you mean 100w equivalent? What type of soil-less mix is it in? Sounds like too wet to me. What have you changed?

Yes equivalent its in the same type its been in for the last 3-4 years I just repoted it like 3 months go but the one that's turning yellow is the 3 or 4 one to grow after I potted it I water it like I have from day one about a full cup of distilled water and let it run out I never let it sit in any water for more than 10 mins or so I water it like ever 2 weeks or when it feels really dry on top and just a lil wet the only think new to it is its closer to the lights but its been that way for the full 3 or so months after I repotted it

Oh p.s. it's got 2 new growth spots by the roots don't know if that would matter or not

P.P.S. Would I be able to cut those off and root them?

You might try misting the foliage with some fish emulsion. I turn my plants on their sides to keep from getting any in the soil. The concentration should be something like 5-1-1. If it's any higher you should probably dilute it. You can also use 1/4 strength orchid fertilizer(urea free) in the same way.
I have had the main growth point die out and others start growing but I don't know what caused it. Yes you can root cuttings but they need to have 5-6 leaves because you need to strip/cut the bottom leaves off so they can root from the nodes and they need 2-3 leaves above ground IME.
