What you have is certainly a Drosera adelae. Luckily it does not look too severely neglected by the nursery you got it from. It looks to need a little more light, but that particular plant is unable to handle full sun or ultraviolet radiation, so just keep it in indirect, but intense sunlight or under strong florescent light like a couple of 40 watt shop light tubes or a 100 watt equivalent energy saver compact florescent light. Drosera adelae is a tropical (or perhaps a semi-tropical) that can be grown indoors all year much easier than a Flytrap. They do not really go dormant, but do occasionally slow down in growth and hibernate sporadically for a month or so at a time.

Give it plenty of mineral free water.. distilled or reverse osmosis (or rain water if you have any) in a large tray up to 1/4 the pot in depth (looks that you are doing that already), repot it into a larger pot each year or more often (they grow more runners and plantlets faster when repotted and roots are taken as cuttings, eventually filling a large pot in a few months), about a 5-6 inch pot would be nice, and use only sphagnum peat moss or long fiber sphagnum and mix it 50/50 with silica sand or perlite for drainage.

That is about it for care... very easy and very tough plants to care for. You can literally rip them up and the roots will just grow more a month later (they are weeds in Australia). In more intense light their leaves develop a reddish color and grow narrower.

They like fruitflies and catch a lot of them, along with gnats and a few mosquitoes, on their own.

This is a relatively easy plant to grow, especially on a window sill. Sometimes it dies back. The roots often produce circular-shaped plantlets that in time become "lance-leafed".
