I've had them inside, under lights and/or by sunny window sills for several years. They grow but they never flowered. This past summer I put them outside, on the porch. That was all they needed:

Nice! Can you clearly see the traps and carnivorous mechanism on your Utricularia? This is one of the few species of carnivorous plant that I've never tried to grow.

I never looked for the traps. Next year....

I've never tried to grow them but have heard letting the water level drop would trigger reproduction/blooming.
