Advice on Ailing CPs

I bought some CPs off the net 6 months ago. They are ailing. It starts with yellowing of the leaves, usually on the edges, and then progresses to a dying of plant tissue which then progresses across the whole plant. Any advice appreciated.

The plants are potted in a mixture of peat and potting sand, as per instructions on this NG. They are watered 95% with distilled water, although a few times I've had to use mineral water. Environment is very humid. They're under a humidifier, sit in water, and are misted daily.

Here's the pics:

Also, is anyone able to identify this plant? It sprung up where a sundew died - I assume it was something that hitched a ride from the original seller, and am wondering if it's posibbly another CP:

I thank you in advance for any assistance you can give.
