| NO fertilizer! Well, in the spring get a spray bottle fill it with a 1/4 strength mix of orchid food and spray the leaves only. This helps promote pitchering. Bright defused light, keep the soil moist but not soaking wet using distilled or rainwater only. No bottled water, no tap. Reverse osmosis water is fine too. I use rainwater. |

| No need for fertilizer unless it refuses to pitcher without. What specie? |

| i think it is a nepenthes ventricosa its still small it was in a death cube its about 2 inces whch is still small ive been reading about it it is is easy to take care of but don;t make it soggy |

| I'm not saying it's not ventricosa but the most common Nepenthes sold in the death cube is ventrata which is a hybrid of ventricosa and alata. 14-16 hrs of light with 2-3 hours of direct morning or evening sun for this plant to thrive. Here's a pic of my ventrata just after I got it in september.
Here's a pic of it now.
