| Hey all!
I thought this would be a good place to get the word out about our new community garden. We are starting to put together a group for those who might be interested in having a plot. Plots are 10 feet by 10 feet, dues are $20 per year (we can work with you, sliding scale available based on income). This includes access to the plot, free seeds, use of a full set of tools, free soil testing by state labs and water. We also plan to have several educational events for new and experienced gardeners. The garden will be at Cooks Memorial Church:

| This is a great idea. Matthews has a community garden they set up a few years back on a spare plot of land next to Hgwy 51 near a church school,church and retirement center. Great location. |
