You might want to research privets, as they are very invasive. I am in the process of killing my variegated privets because they are coming up green EVERYWHERE!!!!

A golden privet can be beautiful and effective as a privacy shrub. However, you want to give it room for natural growth and room for you to shear it before it sets
its berries the birds eat and spread to invade other areas.

Intersperced with trees, the golden privet will help give the low (5-6') hedge of privacy but a full hedge of that many privet you propose just becomes a peripheral shearing task that leaves many interior berries for birds to spread.

Low maintainance/fast growing tends to create a dull and short-lived solution that is anything but low maintainance.
