RE: WANTED: need edemame seeds

I don't have any seed, but I had good luck with some 'Sayamusume' I bought from Territorial Seed several years ago. However, when I asked for general info about growing edamame, GWers responded and the most interesting was one who said just go the health food store and buy some and plant them. In fact, several responders reported good results with planting fresh beans. Obviously they had not been frozen. By the time I got that advice, I had already bought the Sayamusume seed. I also have planted plain old soybeans the farmers around here grow. They were not quite as big as the S, perhaps because I just let them be rained on and did not water them, but they were good.
