WANTED: 15 rose bushes to trade for the following

Posted by mcthom Chapel Hill, NC (My Page) on

We bought a house with about 15 or so rose bushes that I would like to remove. Am looking for any of the following to trade:

- most anything organic and edible: herbs, tomato, berries, etc
- coneflowers
- jack frost brunnera, Japanese Pachysandra, or spreading liriope (have narrow strip of northern exposure in full shade in boggy, clay soil)

Thanks!

I also am looking for mondo grass. Basically anything that spreads quickly, can do well in full shade and lots of water (slight slope into the area), and can hold up to the beating of boys trampling through it.

I'd like to trade; I'll send you an email.

:) Or not.

You don't have your email listed here.

I have plenty of herb and tomato seeds (they will grow fast if you get them in the ground within the next couple of weeks).

I also have a variety of flower seeds (coneflower included, I think).

Email me if you are interested.
