I have recently discovered the wonderful things you can do with a plant called RAMP they say it grows in north carolina out in the wild but as of yet i havent found any. If anyone has an abundance of these i would love to have a couple to start my own little ramp garden...they are a wonderful tasting onion/garlic mix and goes very well in many reciepes.
Thank you,

Probably too late to find them in the wild this late in the year. Not sure where you're located, but you might try checking with the state Farmer's Market/Nursery in Ashville. Ask them when they come in. West Virginia has a lot of Ramps Festivals in the spring, you might check into making a trip next year for one of those. Good Luck!
