| Well, time for the third annual Charleston SC Plant Swap.
Everything will pretty much be the same as the last two. Time Setup: 10am Swap Time:11am Lunch: Noonish or after swap Place: Hampton Park, by the Horse Stables and Greenhouse. Directions: Hampton Park is off of I-26 Eastbound (exit 219-A Rutledge Ave.) Follow Rutledge down to a Baseball Stadium, turn right at light just past stadium, you are at Hampton Park. Follow road around to right, we will be on the right, just past the horse stables. We will do the free for all, bell rings everybody grab a plant. We will repeat this two or three times, then bell rings, two plants and so on. I just came from the Raleigh Swap, LOTS of food and LOTS of plants. I hope to double last years total amount of folks (we had 17). Pass the word around. Plant those extra seeds and dig up those multiplying plants. I have a much better idea of what folks are looking for, and I have a pickup truck....so I will be bringing lots this time!! If you are looking for anything special, list it here. If you want to post WHAT you are bringing (food and/or plants) list that here also. If you have ANY questions, please feel free to ask. I will start off the list. I will be bringing a bunch of Citrus seedlings. (They went fast in Raleigh) I am looking for unusual Tropicals/Fruits/Cactus See you in June!! Darren |
