Yum, I love coconut cake! I'll bring homemade chocolate chip cookies, napkins and a roll of paper towels.

Well, since I promised Purple Sweet Potato Pie I will be bringing that. Keep in mind that I am in the middle of a whole house remodel and have no kitchen so it will be toaster oven sized. And keep in mind that I have never made it before so you guys will be my guinea pigs. The recipe I'm using is Hawaiian and uses a coconut layer on top of the sweet tater layer - diabetics be warned.

I'll probably bring other stuff to round out the picnic - you know how I am.

I met some people at the spring swap who like Indian food, so I'll bring something savory and Indian... don't know what yet.
