| garlic lady, we're Italian..love garlic Have just dug up about 3 lbs of jerusalem artichokes you are most welcome to come get. They grow in always moist,shaded soil and the stalks and flowers get up to 8-10' tall and need staking. The chokes lie in the soil about 4-6" down in the soil but higher (as when they began) they still do fine and make more corms off roots so those corms are found deeper. |
