Wake County Herb Society Meeting

The next meeting of the Herb Society of Wake County will
be Thursday, March 26, at 7 p.m. in the Commons Building
at Wake County Office Park off of Poole Road.

Lisa Treadaway, the owner of The Little Herb House, will be
our speaker this month. She will be discussing the 2009 Herb
of the Year, sweet bay/bay laurel (Laurus nobilis). She will
also talk about some seldom-used herbs she strongly recommends.

In addition, Lisa will bring a selection of common herbs for
sale, giving all of us a quick start on the new season.

If you are interested in joining a club filled with other Herb Lovers, we would love for you to join us.
