We've tried and had a pretty good location that was free but only 3 of us showed up.
Honestly, there aren't that many GardenWeb regulars from this area of the state.

But..in our well used Carolina forum we have the additions of 'Exchanges' and 'Conversation' so there's no reason we can't meet there and maybe get something organized for fall.
If you go into the 'Exchanges' section, you'll find lots of activity and plans, just not in this area.

What part of the Charlotte area is home to you now?

You're out in Steele Creek, lainey's in South Park area and I'm sure if we take this topic over to Exchanges we can scare up some more Charlotte area fans of Gardenweb for a swap.

I am in the process of putting together a swap and website. I would love to get together with other gardeners in the next two weeks. I live on the north end of Charlotte near Mallard Creek but would set something up that is convenient for all. Saturday would probably be best for those that work. Would an early Saturday (9 or 10am) work for anyone? Meet at a Panera or Starbucks? I am also available during the week (mornings preferably).
