1.o lbs of nitrogen per 1000 SF

Just recieved my soil samples back fron NC dept of Ag and I need only 1 lb of nitrogen per 1000 sf. Can anyone advise me on how or where to purchase. They recommend using ammonium nitrate since my levels of phosphate and potash are good. I know how to do the math on how much 10-10-10 equals the nitro requirements, but am at a loss on how to raise nitro levels alone.

Tanks
Glenn

Go to a garden center, I doubt big boxes will carry it, and buy X number of pounds of sodium nitrate fertizler depending on your square footage.
