sweet potato slips?

Has anyone seen slips for planting yet? I live in the Durham / Chapel Hill area and this would be my first try at sweet potatoes. maybe I am early... please help :) PS, I've already called Barnes supply and Stone Bros. in Durham, they've not gotten them in yet.

I bought a 9 pack of Beauregard SP at Walmart at Brier Creek for 4 and change. Check your Walmart.
