NC Mountains- When to plant???

Hi all,

First time over here on the NC forum- Just purchased 50 acres is Ashe County NC (Near Boone/Jefferson) in the mountains and am working on getting the place into shape. I'm having some trouble figuring out exactly when I can plant what (especially since we're not up there full time). We just finished putting in 15 new apples and 50 blueberries. We're planning on doing Peaches, Pears, and cherries in the fall.

When would I need to put in raspberries/blackberries/grapes? Spring or Fall? Around what date?

From what I have gathered now is the time to be putting in Perennials along with some summer flowering bulbs.... Here is the list that I have as possibles for spring planting....

What is the latest I can put these things into the ground? Most places stop shipping at the end of May. I plan to be up there the first week and June and would like to put some of this stuff in- Any info and advice would be much appreciated. I've included some links as to where I've looked at them. Any suggestions for other sources would be much appreciated as well. Cheaper the better.
