take pix of the leaves , whole tree and twigs and post it. if noone here can ID it, there's a forum devoted to identification.

Could be a winged elm (Ulmus alata). There's a weeping cultivar called Lace Parasol, although I'm not sure it gets that tall.

My sweetgums get corky wings sometimes.
There is also winged sumac (Rhus copallinum).

However, neither one of those weep (unless you found something new).

I checked out all of your suggestions. It resembles the winged elm but it does have a very beautiful weeping habit. One of the birds' favorites and mine also.

All it takes is the removal of one hormone and plant branches grow downwards instead of upwards so breeding for weeping habit is fairly easy to do. It would not surprise me if there are more than one cultivar of weeping winged elm.
