Poanna Grass

I have a very good lawn but every year in late spring I get what could be flowering TTTF or Poanna and the shoots turn brown. I have a mix of Falcon, Midnight and Picasso KBG. I don't know if it is a Poanna Grass that is coming up and then dies in the heat or what. It is not in clumps but you can see brown blades/shoots mixed in with my nice green grass. I'm thinking that it could be Poanna that can't clump because my lawn is so thick so only one shoot pops up and flowers??? But if you look over the lawn it is probably like 2% of these brown shoots and you really notice it. The shoots stay for a really long time and you must rake them or pull them out.
Any input on if Poanna will come up as single strands/shoots like this?
