Here are pics from both the Raleigh Swap and the High Point Swap. I put them on the same page, but the Raleigh pics are titled with an 'R' and the High Point pics start with 'HP'

Thanks for the photos. Who brought the orchids and what kind were they? They were really pretty.

I think I messed up the link. Here's a new one.

NCrescue, lazygardener brought them and said they were the tropical type. Just brought mine in for the night. They are beautiful, just hope I can learn how to care for them properly.

We had a great group and a lot of fun! My dh is happily dreaming of gourd projects and we learned about a bee (orchard mason) that Dawn and Bob are building nest for out of wood. Plus some wonderful plants. We had everything from a newbie gardener to a gardener that's been gardening since the 60's. Long time gardening friends and new gardening friends. Can't get better than that!

I brought the lady slippers, and they are definately tropical. I think I am going to try some in a protected area though...just for kicks. If you google "tropical ladyslippers" you can find all kinds of info on them. They aren't hard to rebloom.

Thanks for the pix. I especially enjoyed the HP ones, since I was not able to attend. Really missed it. Next time.
