Japanese Maples-North Raleigh

I was on 401 this morning, on the way to Rolesville, when I noticed an older gentleman selling Df. JM alongside the road. I didn't stop, I forgot on the way back, but he was there at 8:30 A.M. 2-4', red and green, 3?gallon containers, things are blurry at that time of the morning without coffee. He was on the left going north on 401 north of the light after the Moose Club. If he is there next time I will stop, if i can remember.
